La Villa has 260 single bedrooms with parking spot. They all receive natural light. Each room has a private bathroom, high-speed wifi, TV connection and individual thermostat.
They have 18m2 and are fully furnished including bed, wardrobe, shelves and desk. Easy access from the rooms to all floors and common areas: restaurant, fitness room, study rooms, swimming pool, parking and reception.
Served online self – service, food is prepared in-house daily. With a daily menu with several options to choose from, a full breakfast and open coffee shop so you can snack between hours.
The restaurant is open 7 days a week and is very spacious, so we guarantee you will not have to wait. In addition, we adapt to your schedules and dietary requirements. We have the certification of Acecova (Celiac Association of the Valencian Community)
We love sports. Many athletes stay in our residence during their years as students at the University of Alicante or for specific competitions.
We have a multi-sport track available for all residents. You can play soccer, basketball, handball or volleyball. Also, you have a gym where you can work out, relax and get fit.
There is nothing better than to cool off in our pool, available to residents of Villa Universitaria. A good way to relax and enjoy the good weather of San Vicente del Raspeig.
The swimming pool, is also connected with a terrace chill-out which belongs to the cafeteria. In the evening, many residents share this space.
There are several study rooms and a computer room available for our residents, as well as high-speed internet 24/7.
Residents could study their exams and do their work in the same Villa Universitaria´s facilities as in the library of the UA..
La Villa has a fully equiped room with washing machines and dryers available for our residents, as well as weekly laundry service with change of bedsheets and towels in “full-board” rate.
In addition, you can hire for only 20€/month change of bedsheets and towels (including for residents with full board rate). We want to give you all the comforts, so that you focus on your university life.
