Reception/ Concierge

A wide reception and where there will always be someone at your service for everything you need inside the University Hall. Besides, we have 24 hour surveillance for your safety.

Individual bedroom 1

La Villa has 260 single bedrooms with parking spot. They all receive natural light. Each room has a private bathroom, high-speed wifi, TV connection and individual thermostat.

Individual bedroom 2

All bedrooms have 18m2 and are fully furnished including bed, wardrobe, shelves and desk. Easy access from the rooms to all floors and common areas: canteen, fitness room, study rooms, swimming pool, parking and reception.

INDIVIDUAL ROOM PREMIUM

Single room of 18 m2, with complete modern furniture and complete private bathroom. Shared office (hall between two rooms), with sink, microwave, fridge / freezer and pantry.

PREMIUM DOUBLE ROOM

Double room of 25 m2, with complete modern furniture and complete private bathroom, refrigerator, office integrated into the room.

Common areas

Common spaces to encourage the coexistence of residents, do group work, rest, read, play board games and more. Living in a University Hall makes it easy for you to meet people from the University of Alicante.

Comedor

A spacious restaurant with service “self-service” and open 7 days a week, so you can forget about cooking and you will have more time to dedicate to your University project. You have homemade food every day!.

Sports courts

The Villa is a university residence that focuses on sport and hosts many athletes of the University of Alicante. Therefore, we have football, basketball & volleyball courts as well as a gym to work out, have fun and relax.

Terrace and swimming pool

Residents have access to the terrace and swimming pool to relax in the months of good weather. Alicante enjoys good weather most of the year and we want that your enjoy it without leaving Villa Universitaria.
